The jewel in the crown was patient staff. The room was spotless, new-fashioned, it had a TV, a coffee machine, and a kettle. The beds were very comfy, view of the sea and Riva was exceptional. It offered unbeatable service and local food too.

What an incredible stay! The hotel's location was unbeatable, right in the historic palace with stunning views of the harbor. Being so close to the ferry terminal made island hopping a breeze. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the spacious and luxurious room to the amazing power shower and smart TV. The staff were exceptional, providing helpful information and even assisting with luggage and transportation.
Everything was perfect for me, meeting all my needs and wants.
